My journey into care began with a personal connection — both my younger brothers have learning disabilities. As my passion grew, I moved into elderly care, and now have the privilege of leading a dedicated team delivering truly person-centred care at Cornwallis.

I began at Trecarrel in 2006 as a Health Care Assistant. Cornwallis supported me through my Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications and medication training. After 12 years at Beech Lodge as a Senior, I joined the Quality Assurance Team — advocating for residents and their families.

I started as a Health Care Assistant at Hendra Court in 2020. Cornwallis supported my Level 3 in Adult Care, I became Deputy Manager in 2023, and in June 2025 took on the permanent Manager role at Cowbridge — with my Level 5 Management qualification now underway.
