Nicola has over 25 years experience in senior management spanning across the education and health and social care sectors.  Nicola joined Cornwallis Care Services as Operations Director in 2017, and has supported the growth and development of the company to the position it now holds as one of the largest independent care providers in Cornwall.  Nicola is passionate about care and supporting others to succeed.
